The Power of Touch

Research into the power of touch has found that regular hugs boost self-esteem, reduce stress, ease depression and even boost immunity. This is largely down to the cascade of hormones released when we are touched, such as oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine.

In my German practice, I offer Cuddle Sessions as an add on for my coaching clients and also for those, who would simply like to experience the benefits of platonic touch by a trained cuddle therapist in a safe environment.

Private Cuddle Sessions

These sessions provide therapeutic support through hugs, spooning, and gentle massage. As a professional cuddler, I build a relaxing, welcoming environment and listen to your needs, while maintaining your boundaries and mine. I will encourage and support you in saying  “yes” to touch you want and “no” to touch you do not want.

If you struggle with expressing boundaries, this form of therapy is particularly powerful for you.

As a certified coach, I will be able to help you process any thoughts and feelings that might come up during our session and hold a safe space for you. All emotions are welcome and we can talk about everything.

I also work with couples, who would like to bring more platonic touch into their relationship and can create a safe space for you to learn to communicate, become curious and creative with how you are giving and receiving touch that takes sex completely out of the equation.
