ABOUT ME

I've always loved meaningful conversations.

The kind that help us understand ourselves a little better. The kind that make us question old assumptions, see things differently, or feel less alone with whatever we're carrying.

I also love hearing people's stories. The more I listen, the more I'm reminded that every life is richer, more complex and more extraordinary than it first appears.

I've always been drawn to the conversations we don't always have openly: intimacy, connection, sexuality, self-worth, identity and what it means to live authentically.

Over the years, I've come to believe that many of us spend far too much energy trying to be who we think we should be. At some point, life often invites us to ask a different question:

Who am I when I stop trying to meet everyone else's expectations?

My coaching offers a space for those conversations.

A space where we can be honest, and sometimes uncomfortable. A space where nothing is off limits and where you don't have to pretend to have everything figured out.

Because the truth is, most of us are making it up as we go along.

Including me.

I don't believe I have the answers to your life.

What I do bring is compassion, a listening ear, and a space where we can explore whatever feels important to you.

And yes, we really can talk about everything.

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

My path here wasn't a straight line, and I'm grateful for that.

Over the years I've lived and worked in different countries, changed careers more than once, navigated marriage, parenthood, divorce, reinvention and the challenge of building a life that feels true to who I am.

Professionally, my background includes business, social care, education and coaching. Along the way I've had the privilege of working with people from many different cultures, backgrounds and life experiences.

Those experiences taught me that there is no single right way to live, love, connect or find meaning. They also taught me that growth often begins when we become curious enough to question the rules we've been given and brave enough to create something that feels more authentic.

I hold a coaching diploma with distinction and continue to deepen my knowledge in the areas of intimacy, sexuality, relationships and personal development.
