We can talk about everything
Coaching for intimacy, connection and living more authentically
You may have a sense that something isn’t quite working in your life. Perhaps you’ve lost touch with yourself, feel stuck in familiar patterns, or find yourself longing for something more.
You might be struggling with connection, intimacy, boundaries, self-worth, shame, communication, sexuality.
Whatever brings you here, coaching offers a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and reconnect with what feels true for you.
I help people understand themselves more deeply, so they can move beyond old patterns, build more meaningful intimacy and connection, and create lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT
People come to coaching for many different reasons.
Some people come because they keep repeating the same patterns.
Others struggle with boundaries, shame, communication, intimacy or feeling disconnected from themselves.
And sometimes all you know is that something needs to change.
HOW I WORK
Many people arrive expecting advice.
That's not what coaching with me looks like.
Rather than telling you what to do, I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and patterns together.
Through conversation, reflection and honest exploration, we begin to understand what’s shaping your thoughts, feelings and patterns, uncover what may be getting in the way and what feels right for you.
I'll listen deeply and ask the questions that help us see things more clearly.
My role isn't to provide answers. It's to help you discover your own. Because when we understand ourselves more deeply, we naturally begin to make different choices.
All sessions take place online, so wherever you are, we can create a calm, private space to talk.
I work with people of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship styles and neurotypes. Whatever your background, experiences or identity, you are welcome here.
